Prescription Refills

Please ask your pharmacy to send request to our office for all refills. We will fax back refill requests to your pharmacy within 24-48 hours on weekdays, weekend and Holiday refill requests will be completed on the next business day.

General Office Policies

Patients are seen by appointment only for both urgent Sick visits and for Well baby, Well child, and teen physicals.

Appointment times for sick visits are usually given on the same day and are based on the severity of the illness or injury and your convenience.

We do not offer walk-in appointments. We ask that you arrive at the office a few minutes before your scheduled appointment time so that patients can be checked in by the appointment time. Patients who arrive more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled. Please bring your insurance card and information at all visits.

Payment Policies

We accept most major insurances. All Co-pays and other fees for our services including outstanding bills must be made before your child can be seen unless prior arrangements for payments have been made with the billing office. Please contact our billing manager at (860) 456-1279 before you arrive for your child's appointments, to make payment arrangements.

Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel your appointment please call us as soon as possible. Failure to call to cancel an appointment may result in a charge to you, which is not covered by insurance companies.
